I am taking my first steps on my gastronomic path as a TV producer and presenter of cooking programs for Vitaya.
Along the way I meet passionate people: gastronomes who regard ‘cooking’ as their daily ritual, who talk more expertly about ‘food and drinks’ than they change their underwear and who recognize ‘hospitality’ in the HoReCa as the highest good.
I work in Belgium and abroad with many greatschefs in the gastronomic world.
I host all kinds of food festivals, I develop cooking theaters and moderate at catering fairs and culinary competitions. This makes me a valued host among (star) chefs, sommeliers and other culinary professionals.
Yes, I have great admiration and affection for the catering business and hospitality industry.
This is why I created this podcast because I also have a passion for storytelling. I like sharing them with my listeners.
